I have been invited to give a talk at UX Brighton 13th October. I will talk about how remote user research can be used to inform concept design. There are still a few spaces left. This is a free event :)
Sketching User Experiences: Getting the Design Right and the Right Design by Bill Buxton is finally out. An entire chapter is devoted to our project 'Sketch-A-Move', where he writes extensively about the techniques of low-tech experience prototyping which we used to present the concept.
Sketch-a-Move at Ubicomp 2006, Orange County
A collaboration with Matthiaz Kranz et al at LMU, Munich has lead to the development of working prototypes of the 'Sketch-a-move' toy cars. The new video of the project to be presented at Ubicomp, Orange County, September 2006.
Have started working as user experience consultant for Flow Interactive in London.

'CrimeWire' has been awarded the NESTA Design Award in the RSA Design Directions Brief 'Re-Designing States of Mind'. It will be displayed in their online exibition which will go live 20th May.
